Chetan Amelean - Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, Spiritual Director
With over 10 years of experience in meditation, Chet currently enrolled in a 2-year Mindfulness Teacher Training Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach for the 2021 graduating class. Chet is also a certified Spiritual Director and conduct Mindfulness Meditation workshops for people from all walks of life.
Professionally, Chet is a project manager with an IT consulting company and enjoy the work I do to serve clients in many ways.
Chet’s meditation, contemplations and spiritual practices started in 2005 and have attended many 10 day silent retreats as well as most recently attending a 70+ day retreat at Sedona Surrender Retreat house.
Mindfulness meditation techniques can enhance ones focus at work, reduce stress, increase enjoyment and connect one to the present moment no matter what people are going through in their lives.
