Each daily lesson includes a meditation practice. The details of the meditation are explained with each lesson. The lessons, however, do not have a specific time recommendation to accommodate different schedules. Many people like to set aside meditation time first thing in the morning in order to set the context for the day. Others set aside 5 or even 10 minutes every hour to meditate on the daily lesson. While there are no specific time recommendations, many people set aside 30-60min per day to meditate on the lessons. It is not recommended to practice them for less than 5 minutes per day.
